No. 11 Deep Skillet w/Glass Lid

The Smithey No. 11 Deep Skillet flawlessly brings together must-have design elements to create a reliable, everyday kitchen companion.  With its polished, curved walls, the skillet is ideal for browning and stirring dishes like ground meats and vegetables. For steaming, simmering and braising, add some liquid and place the custom-fit glass lid on top. The extra depth helps minimize oil splashes when pan-frying, while the round interior and even heat retention is perfect for casseroles. And unlike comparable pans on the market, the No. 11 Deep Skillet is built to last for years and years.
