The RECOVERO ICE BATH is a portable ice bath tub for cold plunging at home. It holds 400 litres of water, and five layers of insulation keep it between 0 and 15°C for hours with ice, even through an Australian summer.

It sets up in minutes with no tools and no plumbing, works indoors or outdoors, and folds into its own carry bag when you're done.

Everything you need, in one box

No separate shopping list. The 288-cube ice tray means you can fill it without a run to the servo, the floating thermometer shows you the water temperature at a glance, and the mat keeps the floor dry on the way out.

Key features

  • 400 L capacity: room to sit fully immersed
  • Holds 0–15°C for hours: 5-layer thermal insulation with an insulated lid
  • Fits most people: suits users up to about 196 cm tall
  • No-tool setup: hand pump and support legs included
  • Tough build: tear-resistant, leak-resistant materials
  • Portable: 4 kg empty, folds flat into its carry bag

How to set up your cold plunge tub

  1. Choose flat, firm ground indoors or outdoors. Filled, it holds roughly 400 kg of water.
  2. Clip in the support legs and pump up the rim with the hand pump.
  3. Fill with cold water, add ice and float the thermometer to check the temperature.
  4. Ease in slowly and keep your first sessions short.

RECOVERO products are recovery and wellness tools, not medical devices. Cold water immersion is not suitable for everyone. If you're pregnant, have a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, Raynaud's, or any circulatory or respiratory condition, or you're recovering from injury or surgery, speak to your doctor before use. Never plunge alone, and never under the influence of alcohol.
