RECOVERO ROLL 2.0 - Heated Vibrating Massage Roller

The RECOVERO ROLL 2.0 is a heated vibrating massage roller: warmth and vibration in one textured roller. Press one button and the barrel warms to about 45°C in around a minute. Press the other for three vibration levels up to 4,500 RPM, or let auto mode cycle through them. Use warmth, vibration, or both together.

Most vibrating rollers only vibrate. The ROLL 2.0 adds warmth, so you can start with a warm, comfortable surface and add as much vibration as you like. Many people find it makes a rolling session easier to settle into, especially on cold mornings.

How to use it

1. Press the warmth button and give it about a minute.
2. Place the roller under the muscle you want to work, such as the calves, thighs, glutes or upper back, and let your body weight set the pressure.
3. Add vibration, starting on level 1. Roll slowly, or rest on one spot for up to a minute before moving on.
